Our Barn
For our trainers and clinicians, this space offers everything needed to optimize work and events.
Spacious Indoor Barn Arena: Refine your skills year-round in our expansive indoor barn covered arena, measuring a generous 77' x 135'. A dedicated viewing stand allows trainers/clinicians, clients, or spectators to comfortably observe. For our cutting clients, this arena also has a mechanical flag for practice and training sessions.
Exceptional Stalls: Our equine guests enjoy our 36 spacious (12'x12') stalls, each featuring new stall fans,interlocking comfort mats, automatic waterers, and Noble Corner Feeders that keep hay and grain off the floor.
Organized Tack Rooms: Keep your equipment organized in our newly renovated tack rooms. These functional spaces boast tiled floors, sinks, lighting, and individual Alder wood lockers, offering ample storage for saddles, tack, and grooming supplies.
Space Functionality: We designed our facilities with a layout that is practical and comfortable. The close proximity of the arena, stalls, and tack rooms minimize wasted time between activities, allowing you and your clients to maximize your training sessions and events.
Climate Control: During Texas' hot summers, our barn is equipped with two “Big-Ass” fans and giant evaporative coolers to create a cooler environment for you and your horses.
Our Arenas
Optimized and versatile training environments are essential for getting the most out of your lessons and clinics. Our facility supports a variety of disciplines including cow work, roping, reining, and/or reining cowhorse work. We have cattle available upon request, and our facility was built to easily move cattle to each of our three arenas.
BARN ARENA: The covered barn arena is part of our main barn and is suitable for flag work, cow work, or any type of general horsemanship activity.
OUTDOOR ARENA: In addition to our indoor barn arena, we offer an expansive outdoor arena, measuring 115' wide x 300' long. This arena includes a mechanical cow flag, is ideal for working cattle and for anyone who enjoys training or pleasure riding in the open air under our beautiful Texas sky.
OUTDOOR COVERED ARENA: Our third impressive event-sized arena (112' wide x 242' long) boasts a fully covered and partially enclosed design, allowing you to train comfortably year-round. The footing in this arena is superior in quality and specifically designed to suit reining and reining cow horse activities. This versatile space features a ventilated roof for airflow, a “Big Ass” fan for temperature control, with raised viewing platforms for trainers, observers, or potential clients.
All three arenas are maintained with our state-of-the-art ABI DragMaster. This innovative system minimizes dust and allows us to customize the footing to suit the specific needs of various equine disciplines, ensuring optimal performance and safety for your horse.
Other Riding Areas
For those who enjoy the freedom and pleasure of trail riding, accompany your clients through our network of scenic bridle paths that wind throughout the perimeter of our 70-acre property. Cross our creek through a low-water crossing or over our horse friendly bridge (complete with steel meshed siding and rubber padded footing) that leads into our cow pastures where you can ride in open spaces.
Fine-tune your client’s horsemanship skills while navigating through our newly constructed outdoor obstacle course. Traverse the bridge, ride at different gates through various obstacles, and teach horse and rider to calmly navigate any situation. The possibilities are endless and if you’re training for competition, this obstacle course is for you.
